Position Description

You will serve as a GENERAL BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY SPECIALIST in the SYSTEMS AQUISITION GROUP, COST AND SCHEDULE ANALYSIS DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will advise management and colleagues on difficult problems, conduct special studies, propose options and alternatives, and represent the command.
  • You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area of Integrated Government Scheduling (IGS), providing expertise in the areas of policy, process, tools, training, and process checks to ensure the Department provides credible products.
  • You will coordinate and lead training classes, including scheduling training sessions, facilitating classroom instruction, managing participant enrollment, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders to meet division training objectives.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, share updates, and resolve issues.
  • You will help implement data management best practices to support transparency, accessibility, and high-quality analytics
