FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT COMMUNITY of FLTREADCEN EAST.

You will perform comprehensive financial management analysis supporting all phases of budget formulation, justification, execution, and financial operations for organizational programs and activities.
You will develop and refine complex budget estimates and financial plans to ensure compliance with guidance from the Department of War and Department of the Navy.
You will evaluate the financial impact of programmatic decisions, monitors obligations to identify risks or variances, and implements innovative solutions to resolve financial challenges and improve resource utilization.
You will conduct complex financial and program analyses to evaluate costs, benefits, risks, and alternative methods for managing organizational programs and administrative operations.
You will Performs comprehensive financial studies, including cost-benefit analyses and evaluations of alternative funding strategies, to advise management on resource allocation while ensuring strict compliance with guidance from various departments.
You will apply accounting, internal control, and financial reporting principles to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of organizational financial information, particularly in response to evolving guidelines for the work
