PROGRAM ANALYST

Position Description

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (ACQUISITION PROGRAM ANALYST(APA)) in the ACQUISITION GROUP (F300000), WEST REGION DEPARTMENT (F330000) of COMFLTREADCEN.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will serve as an expert analyst in acquisition, contracts planning and execution, project control, management reporting and customer support.
• You will lead a collaborative team in the development of the Integrated Master Schedule(IMS) baseline and actuals in requisite toolsets.
• You will research, collect, and review written technical manuals, publications, instructions, and regulations in reference to customer weapons systems acquisition requirements.
• You will perform Contracting Officer Representative (COR) with responsibilities for managing the planning, directing, controlling, and administering of assigned program elements/resources in connection with contracted services.
• You will guide program management teams with approval and acceptance of contract deliverables.
• You will provide financial tracking and reporting services.
• You will plan for and coordinate pre and post award conferences.
