SUPERVISORY ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

You will serve as a Supervisory Electrical Engineer in the Integrated Combat Environments Division of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

You will be responsible for management of functions and resources that encompass the infrastructure/integration of the laboratories.
You will oversee all operation and maintenance aspects of the Division’s assets including scheduling, test set-up and tear-down, configuration management, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and cost recovery accounts.
You will identify end-user requirements and related targets of opportunity to form a basis for selecting and implementing new technologies into facilities.
You will function as a mediator to resolve the issues, disputes or conflicts between organizations when the need arises.
You will identify, modify and implement processes to eliminate or reduce significant bottlenecks and barriers to meeting Department goals and objectives.
You will recommend solutions to problems based on your expertise, experience, and the current state-of-the-art technology.
