PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a Program Analyst in the FLEET SUPPORT TEAM (FST) OFFICE of FLTREADCEN EAST.

You will collaborate with team/program personnel and other management officials for the development of project and program guidance and requirements for development, test and evaluation.
You will ensure that program milestones established provide adequate time and resources for implementation by contractors, field activities and participating government agencies.
You will prepare management information reports which provide officials with timely and valid information at a practice level of summarization.
You will make evaluative analyses of all aspects of the projects/ programs including objectives, policies, work operations, progress, resources utilization, intra and inter-program balances and related matters.
You will recommend adjustments, such as redistribution or realignment of funds, in response to changes in programs and/or funds available.
