QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (AIRCRAFT)

Position Description

You will serve as a QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (AIRCRAFT), NAVAL AVIATION MANINTENANCE PROGRAM (NAMP) PROGRAM MANAGER in the QUALITY DIVISION OF THE COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY DEPARTMENT AT FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHEAST (FRSCE) of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will oversee program-related training, qualifications, certifications, and conduct practical examinations.
• You will identify and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to analyze trends, identify systemic issues, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the assigned programs.
• You will confront complex problems, develop and implement corrective actions, make sound decisions, and effectively negotiate with higher-level personnel.
• You will plan, conduct, and document audits for both internal and external assessments.
