You will serve as a Acquisition Lead/Supervisory Program Analyst in the Program Management Dept. of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

You will plan work and prepare performance plan covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work
You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of assignments, and the capabilities of employees
You will identify developmental and training needs of employees, provide or arranging for needed development and training
You will make appropriate distinctions in levels of performance while equitably applying performance standards
