Position Description

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will assist in managing material procurement outfitting requirements in support of Reactor and Non-Reactor based assigned ship classes.
• You will assist with the research and development of procurement packages and acquisition strategies for General Purpose Electronic Test Equipment (GPETE) items using a variety of resources.
• You will assist with identifying, managing, escalating, and mitigating supply-based risks throughout the procurement life cycle in support of prime contract requirements, operational goals, and business strategy.
• You will provide pier side support to validate configuration of material and calibration interval requirements and work with ship’s force and ship’s logistics personnel to reconcile discrepancies.
• You will assist with special projects and assignments designed specifically to meet the broadening intent of the position
