Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will design, develop, plan and oversee Command level employee training and career development programs.
  • You will manage day-to-day operations and administer leadership development programs.
  • You will manage scheduling, coordinate trainers, and make recommendations to management regarding Navy ERP Sustainment training for the workforce.
  • You will plan, coordinate, and conduct recurring and non-recurring recreational activities and special events to make maximum use of facilities, services, and resources.
  • You will plan programs/educational seminars (Lunch and Learns) regarding the health and physical well-being of NAWCTSD employees.
