GENERAL ENGINEER

You will serve as a GENERAL ENGINEER in the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.

You will interpret guidelines and directives as well as develops and recommends the technical methods or approaches to be followed in resolving problems that are not covered by agency guidelines.
You will conduct technical review of NAVSUP/DLA Procurement or repair contract deliverables for contractual compliance with respect to item criticality.
You will be responsible for the technical review of local manufacturing plans for critical safety items and verify item configuration and processing requirements.
You will perform functional testing at fleet or deport-level facilities when necessary, coordinating with production and maintenance schedules as required.
