PROGRAM MANAGER

Position Description

You will serve as Senior Program Manager for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Support Equipment (SE) within the UAS SE BR / PEO (U&W/JSF) SE DIV / SE DEPT of NAWCAD Lakehurst.The UAS SE Integrated Product Team supports unmanned warfighting capabilities across several UAS platforms in cooperation with multiple program offices, US Services, and partner nations by delivering quality SE products/services within cost and schedule objectives to execute critical acquisition and sustainment programs.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will provide program management and leadership of the UAS SE IPT in the planning, management, and execution of SE acquisition and life-cycle sustainment across the UAS portfolio in partnership with respective program customers
• You will deliver quality conforming SE products and services within affordability and schedule objectives leveraging innovative approaches, organic support, and contracts with industry
• You will collaborate and partner to implement major programmatic strategies and resolve complex acquisition and sustainment challenges
• You will forecast current and out-year requirements and plan resources to deliver UAS SE products and services within cost, schedule, and performance objectives
• You will coordinate and interface with senior managers, leaders, and stakeholders to address high-level programmatic matters
• You will communicate program status with customers, sponsors, and higher management
