SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager in the Threat Target Systems Ofc of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

You will provide leadership and direction for development, production, test, fielding, and lifecycle sustainment of threat systems developed by TTSD aligned to Program Executive Office portfolios and specific direct customer programs.
You will work across the Projects Leads for the program management planning and execution of systems in development and make executive decisions in cost, schedule, and performance for planning and execution .
You will work with the Director, TTSD in providing overall leadership, direction, coordination, and management of all facets and functions of major and minor technical programs within TTSD’s portfolio.
You will provide planning, directing, scheduling, and establishing the priorities of TTSD programs with coordination through other competencies, commands and services.
You will maintain regular meetings and periodic internal program reviews that allow for TTSD corporate awareness and collaboration regarding Department efforts.
You will lead publication of Orange Spectrum: collect articles, edit and publish periodical newsletter for the Department.
