Position Description

The STEM Student Employment Program (SSEP) at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland.

The mission of our employees is to provide research, development, test, evaluation, and sustainment for all Navy and Marine Corps aircraft and systems. 

We operate test ranges, facilities, laboratories, and aircraft in support of military operations worldwide.

Eligibility requirements:

  • U.S. citizen  
  • At least 18 years old at the time of application
  • Enrolled or accepted in an accredited 4-year college or university STEM program
  • Minimum of 2.5 GPA
  • Pass a background investigation
