SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER in the SYSTEMS ENGINEERING DIVISION, INTEGRATION DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

You will establish internal division policies and operating procedures and determine priorities.
You will lead the development of program requirements for all Air Systems Group workload.
You will develop plans and obtain funds for acquisition of facilities, test equipment, and software needed to more effectively conduct the Air Systems Integration Division work and to effect economies of operation.
You will be responsible for the staffing of all positions within the Air Systems Integration Division.
You will actively identify and pursue risk mitigation actions and secure organizational support as required.
