PROGRAM MANAGER

Position Description

You will serve as a Program Manager for Delta System Software Configuration (DSSC) in the E-2/C-2 Program Office (PMA231) of PEO FOR TACT A/C. If selected, your salary will be set in accordance with the established control points for this position, which are $139,395 - $181,216.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will analyze needs and synthesize requirements information necessary for development of specific objectives for assigned program initiatives and for planning.
• You will direct the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of technical, cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• You will serve as the central contact point within the program office for all matters concerning the program and establish relationships both within the organization and with relevant external groups.
• You will evaluate all acquisition activities associated with assigned programs and assure development of a management information system that provides accurate information concerning the status and progress of assigned programs.
• You will exercise delegated managerial authority to direct, coordinate, and oversee work of team members and implement goals and objectives of the program segment assigned to subordinates.
