SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN)

Position Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the Digital Networks & Applications Department (DNA) and Digital Analytics infrastructure and Technology Advancement (DAiTA) Group of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. This position serves as the Logistics IT Support Branch Head who will act as a technical advisor, reporting to and advising DNA leadership and customers on issues and solutions within DNA's area of responsibility.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will serve as the Logistics IT Support Branch Head who will act as a technical advisor, reporting to and advising DNA leadership and customers on issues and solutions within DNA’s area of responsibility.
• You will establish and execute customer relationship management, work ingestion, financial monitoring, configuration management, and requirements management processes.
• You will provide strategic planning, analysis and execution of an effective Logistics strategic direction plan applying current acquisition policies.
• You will provide the resources and processes to support Mission IT systems and metrics by providing, maintaining, and developing the required Aviation Logistics and Industrial Information Systems and tools.
• You will interpret directives, monitors feasibility studies, and plans the implementation of all changes affecting the Logistics Group.
• You will demonstrate technical expertise in all functional areas, and the ability to integrate this expertise with practical knowledge of the mission, objectives, and operations of the component served.
• You will perform all other duties as assigned.
