SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER in the AIR VEHICLE ENGINEERING DEPT, MATERIALS ENGINEERING DIV of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

You will plan work and prepares performance plans covering work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
You will evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommends official performance ratings.
You will lead his/her organization in realizing both the local Division (i.e., Aircraft or Weapons Division) and the NAVAIR Strategic Plan.
You will give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
You will make appropriate distinctions in levels of performance while equitably applying performance standards.
You will identify developmental and training needs of employees, providing or arranging for needed development and training.
