Position Description

You will serve as a INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER in the SYSTEMS ACQUISITION GROUP, COST & SCHEDULE ANALYSIS DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. Serve as the key interface with PMA-271 on behalf of the C&SA department, and coordinate supported efforts across the entire Cost Team.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will provide necessary technical leadership, oversight and support for the ACEA products and services for PMA-271
  • You will direct and lead the day-to-day operations of the team and perform analytical duties as required.
  • You will ensure analysis, techniques, products, and services are accurate and consistent with CSA policy and services to include cost estimating, acquisition reporting, cost and software data reporting, and major contract negotiation support.
  • You will work with the customer to define the purpose, scope, schedule, and priority of the requested cost analysis
  • You will coordinate efforts with the appropriate technical or programmatic experts to ensure a complete and quality product.
  • You will mentor, guide and ensure proper training for your team members.
  • You will coordinate reviews of all CSA products with the cognizant Cost Department leadership depending on the level of review required for the specific cost products.
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation for the ACEA Division.
  • You will communicate and collaborate with the other CSA division team leads.
