SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER

Position Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER in the DIGITAL ANALYTICS INF & TECH ADV GROUP, INFRASTRUCTURE SAFETY & ENVIRO DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will distribute daily work assignments to subordinates based on established priorities, individual capabilities, and project difficulty to optimize workflow efficiency and increase production quality.
• You will deliver on-the-job instruction, counsel, and career development advice to team members, acting as the primary point of contact for routine administrative and work-related inquiries.
• You will participate in candidate interview panels and make recommendations to senior leadership regarding personnel actions, including appointments, promotions, or reassignments.
• You will research and resolve complex technical inquiries, review project work for accuracy, and assist in evaluating contractor performance against established quality criteria.
• You will identify employee training needs, recommend minor disciplinary actions when necessary, and ensure team adherence to all safety, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and anti-harassment policies.
