AIRCRAFT EXAMINER (GENERAL)

You will serve as an AIRCRAFT EXAMINER (GENERAL) in the MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, AND OVERHAUL (MRO) PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT of FLTREADCEN EAST.

You will determine which components meet quality standards and decide which can be left on the aircraft and which must be removed.
You will consider general condition of the aircraft, total number of hours flown, changes incorprorated, availability of materials, shop loading, and similar factors.
You will complete paperwork to effect proper routing and sequence of work through shops in accordance with decisions made on depth of overhaul required.
You will provide list of items which are missing or beyond economical repair so that the replacement will be made available through the supply system.
You will perform minor trade work to facilitate inspections and evaluations.
