You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the Command Operations Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.

You will provide recommendations to management on organizational design with emphasis on career development principles and practices.
You will explain the standards, classification decisions, impact of designated duties on classification, and complaint and appeal procedures to employees, supervisors, and operating officials or managers.
You will advise on compensation management strategies and programs.
You will coordinate with management and ensure that new classification standards are applied within established timelines.
