Position Description

You will serve as a Metals Inspector Leader in the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will maintain current knowledge and answer questions of other workers on procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directives.
• You will assign immediate tasks to shop personnel and check work for each job.
• You will communicate with customers relative to workload, programs, processes, priorities, and schedules.
• You will ensure there is enough work to keep shop personnel engaged.
