Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will review, analyze; and interpret injury compensation standards established by Congress and the Department of Labor (DOL).
• You will use the Employees Compensation Operations Management Portal (ECOMP) in accordance with DOL, DoD and DON instructions.
• You will work with managers and supervisors to controvert claims the activity perceives as unjustified under applicable regulations and precedent Office of Worker’s Compensation (OWCP) appeal decisions.
