SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST

Position Description

You will serve as a Supervisory INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/SCIENTISTin the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft, Digital Analytics Infrastructure and Technology Advancement Group, Data Fuision Research Branch of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will develop and maintain budget for the organization and for various test project support work and controlling organizational expenditure
• You will plan, direct, and control all the activities of the branch and will be responsible for managing personnel skills, processes, and resources, as well as the overall technical conduct of the branch.
• You will evaluate work performance of subordinates and recommend official performance ratings.
• You will identify developmental and training needs of employees, provide or arrange for needed development and training
• You will do all other tasks as assigned.
