SECURITY SPECIALIST

Position Description

You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the CORPORATE BUSINESS & ANALYSIS GROUP/SECURITY DEPT/ADVANCED SECURITY DIV of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and effective security practices across all levels of security (SAP, SCI, and collateral).
• You will actively participates in command-supported security exercises and activities, contributing to the command's overall security posture.
• You will provides security support and maintains accurate access control logs for certified spaces, ensuring only authorized personnel have access.
• You will developsand deliver workforce training programs to ensure employees understand their security responsibilities and stay informed of policy changes across all levels of security (SAP, SCI, and collateral).
• You will attend security meetings and mandatory training sessions scheduled by the security manager or Branch Head, staying current on the latest security policies and best practices.
