Position Description

You will serve as the Consolidated Automated Support System (CASS)/Support Equipment (SE) DIVISION HEAD in the FST DEPT FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will promote sound position management to include definition of skills and abilities required to execute workload, development and implementation of staffing plans, and development of position descriptions.
  • You will identify personnel available to other divisions where appropriate workload is insufficient to fully support the resources.
  • You will participate in development of work processes where cross-competency interaction is required.
