LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Position Description

You will serve as the Assistant Program Manager Logistics (APML) for the Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) in the Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), Patuxent River, MD.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will serve as the primary focal point and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leader for all logistics and maintenance issues with respect to the Joint Stand-Off Weapon program.
• You will provide logistics leadership, technical assistance/guidance, and direct logistics program management for PMA-201 and associated IPTs in all logistics topics, issues and concerns.
• You will be responsible for the development, planning and execution of the JSOW logistics program budgets and the associated budget development processes, and product sustainment concepts and practices.
• You will oversee the sustaining logistical efforts, develop driver trees, establish repair capabilities, and ensure updates to technical data/training.
• You will provide leadership, technical guidance and program communication across a diverse multi-functional and decentralized product support team.
