Position Description

You will serve as a COMPOSITE FABRICATOR TRAINING LEADER in the MRO PRODUTION DEPT of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will conduct training sessions designed to update, improve, and upgrade the knowledge and skills of others by selecting, modifying, and using various instructional methods and techniques.
  • You will keep necessary progress records and, in conjunction with the shop supervisor, evaluate the trainees progress, makes recommendations for additional training as appropriate.
  • You will develop and administer quizzes or formal examinations to test progress of the class and adequacy of training.
  • You will conduct formal/informal or on-the-job training with topics such as Composite/Structural Adhesive Bonding, Blueprint Reading, etc.
