PROGRAM ANALYST (IPT LEAD)

You will serve as a F-35 PROGRAM ANALYST Integrated Product Team Lead in the Fleet Support Team (FST) of FLTREADCEN EAST.

You will lead large cross functional teams and coordinate the efforts of diverse professionals, including engineers, logisticians, analysts, and other stakeholders.
You will foster open communication, facilitate problem-solving, and ensure alignment with project goals, the IPTL plays a crucial role in managing the complexities of product development.
You will be responsible for maintaining the project/effort schedule, budget, and quality standards.
You will develop and implement project plans, track progress, and adjust strategies as needed to address any emerging challenges.
You will be adept at risk management, identifying potential issues early, and devising mitigation plans to keep the project/effort on track.
You will coordinate/facilitate deliverables that include engineering and logistics aspects for things like aircraft modifications, readiness issues, depot capabilities, etc.
