Position Description

You will serve as a PUBLIC AFFAIRS SPECIALIST in the CORPORATE BUSINESS & ANALYSIS GROUP, COMMAND COMMUNICATIONS DEPT, STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS DIV, PUBLIC AFFAIRS BR of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will provide timely and uninhibited access to public information without violating privacy or security concerns.
• You will assist with media coverage and press releases regarding NAWCWD’s events.
• You will communicate to internal and external audiences about NAWCWD’s programs, activities, and missions.
• You will serve as a vital role in hosting NAWCWD’s distinguished visitors, including congressional and senior Navy and NAVAIR leaders, as well as aiding in recruitment efforts.
