MECHANICAL ENGINEER

You will serve as a MECHANICAL ENGINEER in the NAVAL AIR WARFARE CENTER AIRCRAFT DIVISION SUPPORT EQUIPMENT & ALRE GROUP of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.

You will develop and execute comprehensive test plans, directives, and schedules for EMALS and Steam Catapult systems.
You will provide detailed technical assessments and recommendations to the PMT and ALRE Department leadership
You will Lead test engineering efforts for AAG and MK7 systems across multiple test sites (e.g., JCTS, RALS) and ship hulls
You will develop and execute comprehensive test plans, directives, and schedules for AAG and MK7 systems
You will provide technical assessments to the PMT and ALRE Department leadership of NAWCAD equipment under test including writing of technical reports to support the test and evaluation efforts.
You will communicate and coordinate with outside programs and/or agencies as required to ensure that ETL test requirements have been fully verified prior to system fielding
