Position Description

You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Systems Acquisition Group Logistics Integration Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. This position is the Depot Capabilities Planning & Activation Lead position for the F-35/PMA235 Program Office in Arlington, VA.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for directing and overseeing capabilities planning, ensuring that the design integration and development of the air system maintain strict design integrity and performance.
  • You will ensure the full integration of autonomic logistics functionality and benefits in alignment with established requirements, specifications, and program contracts.
  • You will manage performance and mitigate risk for all developmental activities executed by the air system contractor, ensuring strict adherence to cost, schedule, and performance targets.
  • You will prepare, review, and finalize technical and strategic inputs for mandatory program and acquisition documentation.
  • You will identify potential friction points and constructively resolve conflicts to maintain team cohesion and progress.
