LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Position Description

You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist in the Mission Systems Logistics Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. If selected, your salary will be set according to the established control points of this position which is $142,488 - $185,234.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will formulate the support and maintenance concepts and maintainability requirements for assigned weapon system.
• You will exercise resource responsibility/authority over support budgets through the NAVAIR Budget process.
• You will provide cost-supporting data and develop tailored application of the elements of life cycle costing based on knowledge of the weapon system.
• You will be responsible for acquisition planning and execution including schedule, technical, and fiscal management.
• You will manage and direct the efforts of all logistics personnel providing life cycle product support management to the weapon system.
• You will exercise management control and direction over the planning, implementation, and execution of modification programs and maintenance programs.
