SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST in the Enhanced Securities Division of the Warfare of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

You will oversee and provide continuity of enhanced security management in SAP and/or SCI environments for facility, personnel, document control, equipment, and visitor control in complex multi-level security environments
You will be doing interviews, indoctrinations, debriefings, inspections, security education, policy enforcement, and routine guidance to program individuals.
You will serve as an expert consultant to higher management within Navy, DOW, other services and industry on all matters pertaining to the branch's products.
You will supervise a branch within the Enhanced Securities Division by assigning work to be consistent with branch, division, and department staffing, resources, priorities and objectives.
You will administer performance appraisal systems and conduct all supervisory activity in accordance with EEO and Merit System policies and guidelines
You will be required to earn the Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (or equivalent that demonstrates a security practitioner's understanding of foundational concepts, principles, and practices)
