FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALSYST in the COMPTROLLER GROUP, BUSINESS & FINANCIAL OPERATIONS DEPT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

You will perform or advise on work in any of the phases of budget administration, with a primary focus on financial execution, funds control, financial analysis, and resource management in support of mission requirements.
You will use financial systems, reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to research transactions of financial information and develop corrective actions, alternative approaches, and technically supportable recommendations.
You will execute end-to-end financial processes, including project structure maintenance, funding planning, funding document preparation/amendments transaction validation, execution monitoring, reconciliation, closeout, and recurring reporting.
You will analyze, interpret, reconcile, and evaluate financial information to assess execution status, identify trends, discrepancies, shortfalls, excesses, and emerging risk, and determine the financial and programmatic effects of unresolved issues.
