You will serve as a TRANSPORTAION ASSISTANT in the FLEET READINESS CENTER SE (FRCSE) of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

You will assist with planning, developing coordinating and executing both long and short range travel programs for a large widely dispersed organization.
You will receive and process travel documents and the ability to research and review information within various travel and financial systems.
You will deal effectively with conflicts or issues related to official travel entitlements, travel overpayments and debt resolution.
You will provide guidance to travelers on preparation of official travel documents to include official travel reservations, estimated travel expenses and costs, trip authorizations, scheduling advances or partial payments.
You will review certification of disbursements for expenses incurred in connection with official travel, scheduled partial payments, and electronic funds transfer (EFT) advances
