SUPERVISORY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS)

Position Description

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS) in the NAWCAD DIGITAL ANALYTICS INF & TECH ADV GROUP, ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES DEVELOPMENT DEPT, AIRBORNE ASW BATTLESPACE DIV of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will Establish internal Branch Head position policies and operating procedures and determines priorities.
• You will interview and recommend candidates to fill positions within the Division.
• You will head individual and group grievances, serious employee complaints, and resolves them or refers them to upper-level management.
• You will manage assigned group activities to assure adequate, coordinated, and timely execution.
• You will provide well-documented standards, processes, and procedures, and continually provides training and certification programs to ensure that assigned personnel are current and proficient.
• You will find and implement ways to eliminate or reduce significant bottlenecks and barriers to production; promotes team building; and improve business practices.
• You will develop plans and obtains funds for acquisition of facilities, test equipment, and software needed to effectively conduct the work, and to affect the economies of operation.
