LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Position Description

You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the PERFORMANCE & AUDIT DEPT (FC10000), Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul-Logistics (MRO-L) Group, Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) of COMFLTREADCEN.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will develop and implement continuous process improvement strategies to optimize maintenance and supply chain processes throughout the Fleet Readiness Centers (FRCs)
• You will direct coordination methods to ensure uniformity across different organizations, in alignment with established department policy.
• You will brief senior leaders, lead technical discussions, and resolve complex, fleet-wide logistics support issues.
• You will represent the department as an authoritative logistics expert in major task groups and working groups that create, review, or modify broad logistics plans and procedures.
• You will review the work of team members to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to policy.
