SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST

Position Description

You will serve as the Externally Directed Team (EDT) Lead of the E5225 Support Equipment Systems Group of the E522 Multi-Spectral EW Systems Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will provide technical consultation on Support Equipment and EW O-level test solutions for existing platform systems and address technical requirements for emerging technologies
• You will interface with customers to establish budgets and schedules, manage development and test projects, and develop funding proposals to fill capability gaps.
• You will define project requirements, identify risks and develop mitigation plans, execute projects, and prepare status reports for customers
• You will perform the duties of a first-line supervisor as the Branch Head of E5225 Support Equipment Systems Branch consisting of 50 civilians for the E522 Multi-Spectral EW Systems Division
