IT Cybersecurity Specialist (Infosec)

Position Description

You will serve as a Lead System Administrator in the Infrastructure Branch of the Digital Engineering Division of the Operations Department, NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will provide direct leadership and technical oversight for the Systems Administration team.
• You will establish and communicate clear team goals, delegates complex technical tasks, and sets deadlines to ensure operational alignment with branch objectives.
• You will represent the team as the primary System Administration technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) at lab meetings, site surveys, and planning sessions.
• You will collaborate with the Chief Engineer, fellow team leads, and mission partners to architect and develop new technology solutions that advance the division's Digital Transformation and Digital Engineering efforts.
• You will hold regular team meetings to disseminate information, assign and review tasking, and foster a collaborative environment, and mediate and resolve internal conflicts to maintain team cohesion and productivity
