Position Description

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION/RECRUITMENT) in the Command Operations Department, Human Capital Management Division (HCMD) of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will conduct organizational program reviews (e.g., position structures, audits, studies for reorganizations) to identify position management needs for an organization.
• You will conduct job analysis (e.g., review position description, classification standards, performance standards) for a variety of occupational series and grades.
• You will propose solutions to human resources development issues for which previous studies or established techniques are inadequate.
• You will provide advice on the establishment of positions and the ramifications of classification actions.
