Position Description

YOU WILL SERVE AS A PROGRAM MANAGER IN THE TEST & EVALUATION MANAGEMENT OF PROGRAMS & OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT, TEST & EVALUATION PROGRAM LEADERSHIP DIVISON, SUPPORT DEPUTY PORTFOLIO ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE, CARRIER STRIKE OF NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF. This position is the Assistant Program Manager for T&E (APM T&E) for an assigned program responsible to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager (PM/DPM) in the overarching execution of all developmental and operational testing.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will serve as the Assistant Program Manager for Test and Evaluation (APM Test and Evaluation) and act as the subject matter expert on all test and evaluation matters for an assigned program.
• You will act on behalf of the Program Manager/Deputy Program Manager as the Test and Evaluation liaison between all Test and Evaluation program stakeholders, decision and policy makers.
• and be responsible for resolving test issues across the Integrated Program Teams.
• You will serve as the subject matter expert on all test and evaluation matters and will represent the PM/DPM in meetings with other federal agencies and Operational Test Forces.
