Management and Program Analyst

Position Description

You will serve as a Travel Administrator in the Command Operations Department located at Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Service Center of NV AIR TECHNICAL DATA AND ENGRG SVC.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will serve as the primary Organizational Defense Travel Administrator and Agency Program Coordinator, exercising comprehensive program management and analytical oversight for NATEC's Defense Travel System and Government Travel Card programs.
• You will develop, implement, and evaluate NATEC-wide guidance and procedures for the Travel Charge Card Program, ensuring strict adherence to Department of Defense regulations and Naval Air Systems Command policy.
• You will conduct in-depth analysis of DTS data and travel card transactions to identify systemic issues, regulatory non-compliance, input errors, and potential instances of fraud or abuse.
• You will provide expert guidance and technical advice to NATEC DTS users, cardholders, supervisors, and management on complex travel regulations, entitlements, and system functionalities.
• You will develop and deliver training and informational briefings to employees and management on PCS policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure understanding and compliance across the organization.
