You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the FLEET SUPPORT TEAM (FST) DEPARTMENTof FLTREADCEN EAST.

You will be responsible for managing all initiatives and actions to ensure the quality of available personnel resources.
You will serves as the authority for the V-22 FST workload support pertaining to the FST.
You will oversee development of solutions to fleet reported issues and ensure safe and prudent operations through programmatic assessment of problems.
You will provide functional oversight, daily leadership, and coordinate for all V-22 FST personnel assigned to support FST operations.
You will establish support requirements through active participation in the DoD and Navy Planning, Programming and Budget system (PPBS) process.
