Position Description

You will serve as a Program Manager for the EMD L2 IPT within the Air-to-Air Missiles Program Office (PMA-259) in the PEOSTRKWPNSUAVN PAX RIVER MD of PEO CM and UAV JNT.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will manage and direct the development of program plans to ensure fulfillment of requirements, fiscal adequacy and planned progress.
  • You will identify and plan for personnel and functional management support required to execute the acquisition strategy.
  • You will be responsible for mentoring, team building, and ensuring proper training for each team member.
  • You will establish and maintain relationships both within the organization and with relevant external stakeholders.
  • You will advise the higher-level officials of program status and of problems that require resolution.
