GENERAL ENGINEER

Position Description

You will serve as the Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) Lead and Senior Industrial Infrastructure Project Engineer in the Fleet Readiness Centers' Infrastructure Optimization and Modernization Program (FIOP), at COMFRC Headquarters, responsible for program management, program assessment, resource analysis, and long-term planning to improve overall conditions of depot facilities.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will integrate implementation plans into the FIOP planning process to align with strategic objectives.
• You will develop, recommend, and administer management policies that promote the efficient and effective utilization of infrastructure and assets.
• You will ensure the operational readiness and long-term sustainability of facilities, while minimizing costs and directly supporting the critical mission of COMFRC.
• You will maintain a comprehensive repository to track all planned, budgeted, and funded projects, including spending plans and execution status.
