Position Description

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will support NAWCWD China Lake for NMCI/NGEN contract services.
• You will support the ACTR staff with ordering and payment for NMCI services as well as authority for the escalation of NMCI related issues, and project planning such as MilCONS, and Lab Revitalization Projects (LRPs) to NAVAIR HQ and PEO-Digital.
• You will provide support to the primary NAWCWD China Lake POC for the execution of the NMCI prime and associated sub-contractors including: operations status, problem resolution, ordering and planning and execution.
• Tasking includes managing task orders, services available on the contract, providing NMCI POCs guidance regarding contract-available services, and coordinating with NMCI and DITAC teams to accomplish installation and configuration of devices.
• You will support NMCI users to include: accounts, workstations, printers, software licensing, and infrastructure services.
• You will understand and communicate ongoing policy and changes to the ACTR and POC staff for continuous training and guidance.
• You will support the ACTR and Asset Management staff with the strategic planning and execution of all phases of NMCI tech refresh such as: confirming requirements, evaluating current and future years NMCI contractual capabilities, etc.
• Customer service skills are required in this constantly changing environment.
