IT SPECIALIST (NETWORK)

Position Description

You will serve as an IT Specialist (NETWORK) in the Corporate Business & Analysis Group, Digital, Information Technology, Analysis & Cyber Department, Digital Infrastructure Division of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will provide guidance, expertise, and coordination regarding the critical support workflows and ticketing processes implemented within the IT Service Management (ITSM) solution.
• You will manage, maintain, configure, and monitor network infrastructure systems.
• You will operate as a technical lead in a field of Information Technology including the administration of IT assets in coordination with scanning and compliance teams.
• You will provide administration of the Active Directory system for Team Members, including but not limited to: adding and deleting users, creating and managing group policies, managing file shares and security permissions.
