Position Description

You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist in the Command Operations Group, Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers(COMFRC), Human Capital Management Dept (F120000) COMFLTREADCEN.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will apply a wide range of HR principles, practices, and legal and regulatory requirements and analytical skill to advise managers about Staffing, Classification, Compensation, Workforce Development, Awards, Employee and Labor Relations.
  • You will apply complex fact-finding, analytical and problem-solving methods and techniques.
  • You will establish and maintain effective relationships with and gain confidence and cooperation of supervisors and managers on difficult issues.
