HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS)

You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Labor and Employee Relations) in the Labor & Employee Relations Branch of NAWCTSD ORLANDO.

You will provide management consultant services including advice and authoritative policy interpretations on labor and employee relations issues.
You will perform work that involves program administration, research, and case management in matters related to conduct, performance, attendance, and dispute resolution.
You will provide advice to all levels of management in regard to the effect of OPM, DoW and Navy regulations on organizations and work processes.
You will develop and lead training for employees and supervisors on a wide variety of employee relations matters to include performance management systems; discipline; alternative dispute resolution; and/or grievance processing.
